Catherine’s Health Center Creston has served the Creston neighborhood for as long as our doors have been open as an organization. Though we started in the basement of St. Alphonsus Parish next door, we have been providing care in our 1211 Lafayette location since 2011. At Catherine’s Health Center Creston, you will find both medical and behavioral health services, as well as a variety of health support services such as health insurance navigation, health coaching, medication assistance, and more!
