Been with this facility for a very long time, (20+years) and I have seen many changes, some good some not so good, but you will always see a smile on their faces! They are attentive to your needs, listens to the problem and works out a plan of care. They think out side of the box and are very creative when finding ways to better a persons health.

When I walked into Streams, I had no expectations other than to find someone to renew my prescriptions. What I found was a warm, caring and intelligent group of people who helped me when I was feeling my lowest, and offered services I never knew were available to me.

As a senior citizen, this was such a relief and a welcome change from the cold and uncaring responses I was used to getting. I have hope again, and have the team at Streams to thank you.
