Cost Overview

Catherine’s is committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to everyone – regardless of their ability to pay. We accept a variety of insurance plans and offer a sliding fee scale for the cost of services.

Sliding Fee Scale

The sliding fee discount program allows patients to apply for a “sliding,” or adjusted, fee rate for care & services. Eligibility for this program depends on your household income and the number of people in your household, placing the amount you owe on the “scale.” You can still apply for this program even if you have insurance coverage to cover additional expenses.

Our Front Office staff will help you with an application. Ask about what you need to bring for the application while making your appointment.

No Insurance

We offer a sliding fee scale for services based on your income level. Please ask about this when making your appointment.

Our federally certified Health Insurance Navigators are also available to help you find an affordable healthcare plan. Our Navigators can help you enroll in Medicaid or another affordable coverage option through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace.

Good Faith Estimates

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Click here for more information about good faith estimates.

Email us at to request your good faith estimate or ask any questions.
