Busy non-profit family practice medical clinic has immediate opening for Full-time receptionist to join our front office team.
Will be responsible for various office functions to coordinate timely and efficient flow of patients and medical records. Responsibilities to include appointment scheduling, answering phones, medical record retrieval, data entry, filing, patient check-in, cashier, and assisting and monitoring other staff and volunteers performing clerical functions. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, benefits eligible position.

Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a medical office or similar setting. Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, ability to problem solve and coordinate daily front office duties, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with excellent customer service focus while working in a busy and distracting environment. Previous experience with electronic health record is a plus.
